How to return a product?

Dear customers, when ordering a product through our site you prepay its full price.
Each product is delivered to you by a courier with options for test and review.
When the order is for a standard S size, you can cancel it at the courier. In this case we will refund you the amount you paid, by bank transfer within 3 business days after receiving the product in a good commercial form.

Conditions for returning:

The elements must be new, clean and in original package along with the label attached to the clothing.
Incomplete, damaged, used or stained products can not be returned.
Returns, which do not meet the above conditions can be denied by our team.

How to replace our product?

All our boutique products, which are made by your own individual size and design, can not be replaced, rather be corrected. All of them are made with preliminary conditioning and discussion, as well as prepayment.
After receiving the individually manufactured product, you have 3 business days to claim any corrections to the model.
In case of corrections, which are the result of wrong sizes given by the client, all transport expenses in both directions are at his expense.
